Koulla has studied Sociology and Psychology in Kingston University, UK and has also participated in the MRS degree of International Security and Global Government, in Birkbeck College, University of London.

Koulla has been involved in the training industry as of 2009. She has delivered multiple open and in-house soft skills trainings in both Cyprus and abroad within various industries (Accounting, Government Bodies, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Retail, Export & Import, Media, Legal, Finance, etc.). Her main focus is on Communication, Interpersonal Relations, Teambuilding, Sales, Personal Development and HR related subjects.

At KPMG she is a Senior Officer in Learning & Development. Apart from the Learning and Development of the company's employees, she is also involved in the Training Needs Analysis and other related employee research of both KPMG and other clients. She cooperates closely with the management teams of these organisations, presents the results of the survey data and carefully redesigns the educational programs that meet the actual needs of the employees.
