Dinos Ioannides is a management consultant and trainer with a successful track record of working with Cypriot and multinational companies for over 25 years. His areas of experience cover sales, marketing, leadership and he has gained extensive experience in customer experience management, communication and process improvement. He has successfully managed departments and companies through various  crisis situations in  more than one industries.

While working for DHL he received certifications in process Improvement, sales and international management.  He is a certified trainer and has trained all levels of personnel in Cyprus and abroad. He is a certified ISO 9001 auditor.

In his senior management positions, he was responsible for increasing efficiency and productivity and delivering solid financial results in highly competitive industries.
