Elena is OPS and Quality Officer at ICTS Security Services SA and is responsible for Customer Complaint Management and performs internal quality audits and inspections based on company’s QMS, internal procedures and policies.  

She holds an MBA degree in IS from ESCEM, (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Et Management - Business School in France) and is MMI (Master Microsoft Instructor). Elena has a lot of training experience, planning, design, and development as she was owner of Infolearning Services, an Educational IT & MS Office suite training centre, authorized by Microsoft, in Greece.  

She is also trainer in the areas of customer services, customer complaints as well as Mobil Check in equipment at ICTS.

Fluent in English, Greek and Swedish as she lived and worked in Sweden, with a lot of business experience, focused on administrative and purchasing area, in internal and external environments.
