Antigoni Fakonti is a qualified lawyer, Executive Director and the Head of Legal of Globe Invest Limited. She is recognized as a knowledgeable, internationally experienced attorney with a ten-year experience in the fields of corporate, tax, trusts, finance/banking, funds, shipping and energy. She is advising on international wealth management, planning and tax structuring. She deals with large complex multi-sourced project financings and securities structures, IPOs, local and cross-border mergers, takeovers and acquisitions, incorporation, licensing and running of companies, trusts and funds (AIFs).

She has an LLB and an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, UK. She has gained additional professional qualifications in tax, trusts, finance regulations and mediation. These include the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK), the Financial Services Regulatory Framework: Advanced (CySEC) certification and the Mediator (CEDR) certification.

She is also a member of several professional associations, including STEP, ITPA and WISTA, the author of articles and legal texts and a university lecturer. She has been a speaker and panelist in several conferences in Cyprus and abroad.
