Mrs. Kakrida(s) is a trilingual qualified Lawyer/ Advocate, who has previously worked as investment funds/finance professional and compliance officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA), a double Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Master of Laws (LLM), and will be soon awarded with a PhD in Law. She began her career in corporate and consulting roles, engaging directly with clients in client - facing roles. She has served S&P 500, globally ranked top 10 banks, financial institutions, City law firms and Family Offices across Hong Kong, Paris, the U.K. and Luxembourg. Her expertise spans areas such as corporate and investment fund governance, M&A, financial and banking law, FinTech and regulatory law, as well as international trade and intellectual property law. Recognised for her drive for continuous learning and embracing new challenges, she actively explores diverse markets by transitioning into different roles while maintaining strong relationships with former employers and supervisors. Her professionalism, loyalty, ethics, and integrity are reflected in the recommendations and key connections she has cultivated throughout her career. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral research on the topic : “ETFs: Balancing Market Integrity and Investors’ Protection.”
