Eleni Papanikolaou holds an MSc. in Human Resources Management and a BSc in Tourism Business Management. Eleni commenced her career in the HR sector in 2007 at an award-winning 5* hotel in Manchester, where within her first months of employment she started delivering in-house training courses to all levels of employees. In 2009 she continued her HR career at one of the largest telecommunication providers in Cyprus, and part of a bigger family of 21 telecom companies across Africa and the Middle East. In 2019, Eleni shifted her career by obtaining the position of the Academy Executive of Kinanis LLC offering her HR experience from a different angle. Having obtained the professional qualification as a Certified HRDA Trainer of Vocational Training, Eleni gained the foundations and skills to set up the Academy, a department of Kinanis law firm dedicated to professional training. Eleni is organizing, coordinating and promoting the newly established Academy’s training activities, as well as preparing to deliver training programs in her area of expertise; Talent Management and Development, Coaching for Performance Management, Change Management for Culture Transformations, Organizational Design, Learning and Development and Recruitment.
