The Cyprus Institute of Labour (INEK) is a research & education centre, founded in 2002 through the initiative of the Pancyprian Federation of Labour (PEO).

The department of union and vocational training that operates at ΙΝΕΚ is responsible for the preparation and conducting of integrated educational and training programmes for the trade union members of PEO, whilst ΙΝΕΚ’s vision for the future includes the development of educational activities in the field of additional Vocational Training.
