The basic aim of the Cyprus Mechanical Engineers Association is to provide legal status and coverage to all mechanical engineers.

Regarding the scientific and educational training of its members, the Cyprus Mechanical Engineers Association has set as its main aim the organisation of conferences, educational seminars and workshops, lectures and exhibitions, which are all addressed to Mechanical Engineers of all levels of expertise and certification. In parallel to this, the Association organises training and educational programmes for its own members, catering for expanding the scientific, technical, technological, managerial and other knowledge, of Mechanical Engineers, as well as for improving their skills and capabilities and their readiness to tackle various situations at work.
