Intercollege is able to advise you on matters related to staff appraisal, help you identify the training needs of your staff, train your trainers and generally manage your human resources so that you remain competitive in today’s demanding environment.

We offer three kinds of training courses:

• Short Courses that address the needs of employees from various types of organisations and enterprises. These are often subsidised by the Human Resources Development Authority(HRDA).
• Tailor-Made Courses that are designed for and delivered to the employees of a specific organisation or enterprise. Often these courses are also subsidised by the HRDA.
• One-to-One Training for those who require individual attention and have particular training needs.
