During the last two years Dimis has worked on strategy with the top teams of an international reinsurance company, a major University, a telecommunications company, a major audit/financial services firm, the government of Cyprus and a non-profit health organization; on building innovative teams with a chemicals multinational; on developing innovation capacity and culture with an international shipping group. He delivered over thirty keynotes in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and China and he presented courses on innovation and creativity in business at Universities in France, the UK and China.

Dimis is the author of "The Art of Innovation - Integrating Creativity in Organizations", which was hailed as "a bible for 21st century CEOs". His workshops on how to develop creativity in organizations and how to lead innovation in practice are presented by people who have taken his Leader Certification workshops (University professors and facilitators) to companies, executive and graduate students around the world.

Dimis has served as a Board Member of the Creative Education Foundation and is currently serving on the Boards of a number of private companies. He is also a visiting lecturer in a number of Universities and Business Schools in Europe and China.

He loves performing magic, singing and playing the guitar, his wife and son, mother and brother, Penn and Teller, art and history, cinema and theater, street performers and his dog, Goya.
